Public Hearing regarding Zoning Moratorium
Update: At their meeting August 17, 2017, the board voted to extend the moratorium until December 8, 2017.
The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on August 17, 2017, to consider a possible extension, until December 8, 2017, of the moratorium imposed on September 3, 2015, on the acceptance of applications for rezoning of property to the Res6 zoning district. The public hearing will take place at the board’s regular meeting on August 17, 2017, at 5 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Suite 220 of the Forsyth County Administration Building. All Forsyth County residents and any other affected and/or interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
