Postponed: Public Information Open Houses Set for Future Matt Community Park Recreation Center

The Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department will hosttwo drop-in community input meetings for residents to provide feedback onamenities that will be offered at the future Matt Community Park RecreationCenter. In addition, an online survey will also be available through March 24.The meetings will be hosted on:
Monday, March 16 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Sawnee MountainPark Community Building (3995 Watson Road)
Tuesday, March 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the CoalMountain Park Community Building (3560 Settingdown Road)
“We encourage all residents to attend one of the meetings orcomplete the online survey to engage in the recreation center design processfor the Matt Community Park Recreation Center,” said Director of Parks &Recreation Jim Pryor.
Staff, as well as consultants, will be on hand to answerquestions.
