Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal Features Upgraded Login Process
Update 10/18/23: Our Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal has been upgraded with enhanced security features, including a more robust login process with multi-factor authentication.
Existing CSS users were advised via email to reset their password through the “Forgot Password?” option at the bottom of the login screen.
New CSS users are advised to select “sign up” on the login screen.

September 29, 2023: Forsyth County is excited to announce that on Oct. 11, 2023, our Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal will be upgraded with enhanced security features, including a more robust login process with multi-factor authentication.
CSS users will be notified of the upgrade via email on Oct. 12 with instructions for the new process to log in.
The CSS portal is a self-service site where citizens can submit various requests to our Building & Economic Development, Business License and Planning & Community Development departments.
