Winter Basketball Registration Begins September 25
Forsyth County Parks & Recreation will begin accepting registrations for winter basketball Monday, September 25, through Friday, October 20 at 5 p.m. Basketball leagues are offered for boys and girls ages 9 (by January 1, 2018) through 14.
“Our winter basketball league has been very popular over the last several years, and we anticipate another busy season,” said Parks & Recreation Director Jim Pryor. “It’s a great indoor activity for kids during the colder months.”
Registration will be accepted online at www.forsythco.com/parks and at the county’s three recreation centers located at Central Park (2300 Keith Bridge Road), Fowler Park (4110 Carolene Way) and Old Atlanta Park (810 Nichols Road). The registration fee is $125 for Forsyth County residents and $250 for non-county residents.
