SR 369/400 Traffic Pacing And Pattern Change Planned Nov. 7 for Bridge Beam Installation

Work continues to widen the SR 369/400 interchange bridge. Drivers are advised to expect delays on SR 400 southbound and a traffic pattern change on SR 369 eastbound from approximately 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, weather permitting.

Contractors will be installing the final six new bridge beams across SR 400 southbound. This will require intermittent traffic pacing on SR 400 southbound beginning just south of Settingdown Road, extending to just south of the new Exit 18 SR 369 bridge. Traffic also will be temporarily stopped intermittently where SR 400 southbound intersects with Martin Road and County Way during the pacing operation.

Also, to provide room for parking trucks and carrying bridge beams, traffic on the new SR 369 bridge will shift during this time. The SR 369 bridge center lane will be used as the main lane for eastbound traffic, while the westbound traffic pattern will remain unchanged.

Please avoid the area, if possible, during this time. If that is not possible, please slow down and stay alert.

Thank you for your patience as crews continue the progress of the 369 widening.
