WHAT: The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) will host a Public Information Open House for the proposed widening projects on State Route 371.

• State Route 371/Post Road from State Route 9 to Kelly Mill Road
• Kelly Mill Road to State Route 20

WHEN: Thursday, October 5, 2017 5 to 7 p.m.

WHERE: Vickery Creek Elementary School, 6280 Post Road Cumming, GA 

MORE ABOUT THE MEETING: 

GDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project and answer your questions. There will be no formal presentation.

Attendees will have the ability to tell the GDOT what they think. Listed below are several ways to comment on the project.

While you are attending the open house, you can provide your comments by filling out the comment card provided and drop it in the comment box.

Comments can also be submitted by Thursday, October 19, 2017 by using any of the following methods:

• Online at www.dot.ga.gov/PS/Public/PublicOutreach.

1. From the menu, select the  county in which the proposed project is located and click Go;
2. Then select 006915/0013965 - SR 371/Post Road Widening;
3. Lastly, click Comment and follow the instructions to leave your comments.
