Four Forsyth County Departments Branded as Part of Community & Animal Safety

Forsyth County has unveiled a new brand titled Community & Animal Safety that contains the departments of Code CompliancePark RangersAnimal Services and the Animal Shelter.

“We created the Community & Animal Safety brand to more clearly communicate how these four teams work together to create a safe and caring environment for people and animals in the County,” said Director of Community & Animal Safety Jerry Ramos. “We enjoy partnering with citizens and hope this new brand highlights what we are all about when we’re out in the community.”

Each of the four departments focuses on promoting safety in a unique way.

Code Compliance is committed to helping ensure safe, healthy and attractive living conditions for all residents by helping to enforce all County codes.

Park Rangers provides Forsyth County Parks & Recreation visitors with information and assistance while patrolling and enforcing park rules and ordinances.

Animal Services provides education and enforcement of County ordinances as they pertain to animals.

The Animal Shelter is dedicated to animal safety by helping to rescue, reunite and rehome animals in the County. Plans are also underway for a rebranding initiative for the Animal Shelter which will take place in Fall 2023.
