As a long time FOCO resident, I am impressed with the focus placed on our parks & rec dept. I am, however a little confused as to why the greenway between Bethelview & Kelly Mill is being neglected, but this project is moving forward. I get the funding part, but to seems that some of the funds should be re-allocated to repair a project we've already paid for.
