Presidential Preference Primary Postponed to May 19
***ELECTION POSTPONED***
On Saturday, March 14, the Georgia Secretary of State announced that the March 24 Presidential Preference Primary has been postponed in light of the public health emergency posed by COVID-19. Click here for more information.
All in-person Advance Voting for this election ended on Saturday, March 14 and will resume the end of April 2020.
The Presidential Preference Primary has been rescheduled to be held on May 19, 2020 in conjunction with the General Primary and NonPartisan General Election scheduled for May 19.
All votes already cast in person and all voted absentee by mail ballots returned for the March 24 Presidential Preference Primary will be counted.
