Flags to Fly at Half-Staff in Honor of Patriot Day, September 11
The United States flag will be displayed at half-staff atForsyth County government facilities on Tuesday, September 11, 2019, inrecognition of Patriot Day following a proclamation by President Donald J.Trump and Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp.
By a joint resolution approved 12/18/2001,Public Law 107-89 has designated September 11 of each year as "PatriotDay" which also directs flags be lowered to half-staff for the entire dayon September 11.
