Flags Flying at Half-Staff in Honor of Victims of Attack in Baton Rouge
Following a Proclamation by President Barack Obama, flags at county government facilities will be flying at half-staff until sunset on July 22 as a mark of respect for the victims of the attack on police officers perpetrated on Sunday, July 17, 2016, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
