Big Creek Greenway Phase V Construction Underway
As construction for Phase V of the Big Creek Greenway isunderway, expanding the trail to Sawnee Mountan Preserve, please refrain fromaccessing any portion of the following unopened sections of the greenway untilthe construction is complete:
- Johnson Road to Chamblee Gap Road
- Chamblee Gap Road to SR 20
- Spot Road Connector
- Doc Bramblett Road
- Spot Road to Sawnee Preserve
The entirety of these portions of the greenway are activeconstruction areas, considered dangerous and are prohibited from use. Ananticipated completion date for the greenway expansion in these areas is setfor Spring 2021 (weather permitting). Learn moreabout Phase V of the greenway by clicking here.
