Report available at and on water bill statements


The Forsyth County Water & Sewer Department 2019 Water Quality Report is now available for viewing. The report will be provided as a website link on mailed county water and sewer bills, and for those with paperless billing, the report will be provided as a website link in their monthly invoice.  


The report provides information from 2018 on where the county’s water comes from, what it contains and how it compares to standards required by the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Forsyth County’s water met all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state drinking water health standards in 2018.


A PDF version of the report is available online at as well as the Water & Sewer Department page at Printed copies may be picked up in the Water & Sewer Department office in the County Administration Building (110 E. Main St., Suite 150). Reports can also be mailed upon request by calling (770) 781-2160.
