Forsyth County Customer Service division provides accurate water and sewer billing, meter services, and collections in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner.

Please be advised:

If your water service has been disconnected for non-payment, paying online will not automatically  restore service. You MUST contact the business office during normal business hours  8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday at (770) 781-2160 or visit our office, to have your water service restored. Once payment is verified a reconnect service order will be issued to unlock your meter.
