To report a water-related emergency (such as low water pressure, a water outage, a broken water main, or sanitary sewer overflow) outside of business hours or on weekends/holidays, call (770) 781-2160. Operators from an after-hours answering service will take the information and dispatch it accordingly.
Billing questions should be made to the office during normal business hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The after-hours answering service does not have access to account information and cannot discuss accounts or accept payments.
If your water service has been disconnected for non-payment, please contact the office at (770) 781-2160, during normal business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The answering service is unable to assist customers whose service has been disconnected. Please be advised, paying online will not automatically restore water service. You MUST contact the business office during normal business hours at (770) 781-2160 or visit our office to have a reconnect service order issued and your water service restored.
