TRAFFIC IMPACT: Various Lane Closures on SR 400 Near Pilgrim Mill Rd. Expected Feb. 25-28
SR 400 will have various scheduled north and southbound lane closures related to work being completed on the Pilgrim Mill Rd. bridge (weather permitting). Scheduled lane closures: Tuesday, Feb. 25 (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) SR 400 south – two left lanes Wednesday, Feb. 26 (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) SR 400 south – one right lane Thursday, Feb. 27 (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) SR 400 north – two left lanes Friday, Feb. 28 (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) SR 400 north – one right lane These closures are all weather dependent so there may some fluctuation. Updates will be posted on the county Facebook and Twitter pages as necessary.

Absentee ballots available for the March 24 Presidential Preference Primary On Feb. 4, the Forsyth County Voter Registrations and Elections office began issuing absentee ballots for the March 24 Presidential Preference Primary. Applications for absentee ballots for this primary can be requested through March 20.   After downloading the application for an official absentee ballot from forsythco.com, there are several ways for an applicant to submit their completed and signed request. Forsyth County continues tree planting tradition Keep Forsyth County Beautiful invites residents to their second annual Community Arbor Day Celebration on Friday, Feb. 21.
