the department of building & licensing strongly recommends an online pre-submittal meeting for all new commercial building projects prior to submission for plan review.
plans that require review must be submitted digitally using the customer self service (css) portal (click the green button below.)
when preparing for plan review, please reference the following documents and checklists:
