What is the difference between Dial-A-Ride and Common Courtesy?

Dial-A-Ride is a reservation-based bus service that is available to all passengers using small buses that can accommodate mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers. 

Common Courtesy is a service that utilizes Uber/Lyft drivers to provide trips for qualified seniors and disabled passengers that are ambulatory. Registration and a credit card are required for this service.

Can you take me to the airport?

No. All rides taken on Dial-A-Ride and Common Courtesy must begin and end within the borders of Forsyth County.

What Information do I need to schedule a ride?

Please provide your name, date of ride, the location of your pick-up, the location of your drop-off, the time you need to be where you are going or the time you need to be picked up, and a return telephone number. A scheduling agent will contact you as soon as possible.
