Online Bidding Instructions

You can view a list of the Forsyth County’s Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Invitation to Bid (ITB) opportunities on the Forsyth County website. New solicitations will be accessible through the Bonfire Interactive site.

Forsyth County has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids and proposal to Forsyth County digitally.

Suppliers will need to register with Bonfire (one-time) it is easy and free. When you click on Bids and Results and choose the solicitation, you will be redirected to the Bonfire website.

If you experience trouble with Registration into Bonfire, support can be reached by calling 1-800-354-8010 ext. 2 or e-mail Support@GoBonfire.com. Support is available Monday to Friday 8 AM-8 PM EST.

If a supplier is awarded a project, they will also need to ensure they are registered with Forsyth County Vendor Self Service Portal.

Description: It is the goal of the County to complete Resurfacing and Restriping of the Forsyth County Courthouse Annex Parking Lot Area located at 100 W. Courthouse Square, Cumming, GA 30041. Work includes Removal of Existing Concrete Pavement, Proof-Rolling, Tack Coat application, Paving, and Restriping existing pavement markings. All work must be completed by November 22, 2024. Project closes Aug 01, 2024 2:00 PM EDT.

Description: It is the goal of the County to complete the Resealing and Restriping of the South Forsyth Soccer Complex Parking Lot. Protection: Barricade and protect newly finished pavement from traffic until the traffic will not mar the surface or alter the surface texture. Work areas shall be blocked off so public cannot drive or walk into area and remain blocked off until completed. Remove barriers once the area is ready for use. Repair damaged asphalt and potholes in existing park lot areas with an estimated are of 12,393 Square Yards. Sealcoat and Restripe parking lot. Park will be closed during paving project. The measurements are all approximate and are up to the contractor to confirm. Restriping: All pavement markings are to be painted using Sherwin Williams Pro-Park Waterborne Traffic Paint B97 Series or equivalent. Project closes Aug 08, 2024 2:00 PM EDT.
