The mission of Personnel Services is to provide payroll and human resource management services to the Forsyth County government employees with the purpose to enhance the delivery of local government services to the citizens of the county. Personnel Services serves as an advocate to address Forsyth County employee issues, regardless of the job or position held. An employee is encouraged to first bring issues of concern to their report to supervisor or manager. An employee may also contact the Assistant Director or the Director of Personnel Services regarding concerns related to personnel matters within a person’s job, department, or within the organization. We will gather the pertinent information, provide direction, or intervene on the employee’s behalf when applicable.
