It is our goal to investigate all complaints regarding our performance while ensuring confidentiality for both the complainant and the subject of the complaint.
We also strive to recognize our employees for any commendation that we receive.
As a means of maintaining both Forsyth County 911 Center's performance and community relations, the Forsyth County 911 Center:
- Encourages citizens to recommend improvements in our service delivery.
- Encourages complaints, commendations and/or questions about the 911 Center's performance and its employees.
PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT OR COMMENDATION.
If you feel that an employee has acted improperly OR gone above and beyond, you may register your complaint or commendation in one of the following ways: (Complaints or commendations should describe the event or incident, a date and time of occurrence, if possible, and if known the name or ID number of the communications officer(s) involved.
- At any time, you may contact the Forsyth County 911 Center at 770-781-3087. Request to speak with the 911 Center Supervisor and he/she will take the appropriate action.
- You may contact the Forsyth County 911 Center Deputy Director at 678-513-5948 or by email at RLCamantigue@forsythco.com
- You may also put your complaint or commendation in writing and forward it to:

The
purpose of this public portal is to receive comments regarding
an agency's compliance with CALEA standards, engagement in the
service community, delivery of public safety services, and overall
candidacy for accredited status. These comments can be in the form of
commendations or concerns. The overall intent of the accreditation process is
to provide the participating agency with information to support continuous
improvement, as well as foster the pursuit of professional excellence.
IMPORTANT:
CALEA is not an investigatory body and subsequently the public
portal should not be used to submit information for such purposes.
Additionally, there will be no response other than acknowledgement to
submissions; however, the information will be considered in context to its
relevancy to compliance with standards and the tenets of CALEA® Accreditation.
