Update Wednesday, December 21, 2016: Forsyth County Roads & Bridges has completed the work on Johnson Road today and has re-opened the road to traffic.
Johnson Road – from Kelly Mill Road to Chamblee Gap Road – will be temporarily closed to through traffic beginning Monday, December 19. The closure will allow for the replacement of an existing cross drain located at 1760 Johnson Road.
The road is expected to re-open to through traffic on or before Thursday, December 22, weather permitting.
Motorists’ patience during this temporary closure is appreciated.
