Postponed: Community Input Sought on Phase Four of Sawnee Mountain Preserve

Forsyth County Parks & Recreation will host a communitymeeting for residents to provide input on the amenities for phase four ofSawnee Mountain Preserve. Phase four includes a viewing area at a secondlocation atop the Sawnee Mountain ridge.
“We would like to invite residents to attend the communitymeeting to provide feedback for this popular and treasured park,” said Directorof Parks & Recreation Director Jim Pryor.
The meeting will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March26, at the Sawnee Mountain Preserve Visitor Center (4075 Spot Road). Themeeting format will be drop-in and staff, as well as consultants, will be onhand to answer questions.
