Forsyth County Ordinance Number 77-B is the ordinance by the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners which incorporates the policies and laws of the State of Georgia relating to ethical standards; providing for investigation of ethics complaints and enforcement of ethical standards.

Anyone who believes a violation of the Ethics Ordinance has occurred and wishes to file a complaint may file a written complaint with the Clerk to the Ethics Panel. A complaint must be filed within six (6) months of the date the alleged violation is said to have occurred, or in case of concealment of nondisclosure within six (6) months of the date the alleged violation should have been discovered after due diligence.
