Vehicles, electronics, equipment and more will be up for bid An auction of surplus items from Forsyth County government will be held on Saturday, November 3, at 843 Canton Highway in Cumming. Forsyth County Offices and Facilities Closing at 3 p.m. Friday; Closed Saturday and Sunday
January 6, 2017: Due to current weather conditions, all general Forsyth County government offices will close today at 3 p.m. This early closure includes county government offices, the Forsyth County Courthouse and Courthouse Annex, the Animal Shelter, recycling convenience centers, Senior Services, and Forsyth County Parks & Recreation’s indoor and gated facilities. All Parks & Recreation programs and activities are cancelled.   Additionally, Forsyth County Parks & Recreation’s indoor and gated facilities, the recycling convenience centers and the Animal Shelter will be closed to the public Saturday and Sunday.
