Millage Rates

In July, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners adopted the millage rates that will fund a major portion of the county’s 2017 General Fund budget, Fire District and Bonds. Following three public hearings on the rates, the board voted to maintain the county’s millage rates with no change. The county’s millage rate of 8.036 is one of the lowest millage rates among metro Atlanta counties.
