Report available at forsythco.com and on water bill statements   The Forsyth County Water & Sewer Department 2019 Water Quality Report is now available for viewing. The report will be provided as a website link on mailed county water and sewer bills, and for those with paperless billing, the report will be provided as a website link in their monthly invoice.     The report provides information from 2018 on where the county’s water comes from, what it contains and how it compares to standards required by the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Drafted future plans for Caney Creek Preserve to be presented June 5   Residents are invited to attend the next regularly scheduled Forsyth County Parks & Recreation Board meeting to provide feedback on the updated master plan design for Caney Creek Preserve. Forsyth County Animal Shelter Waives All Adoption Fees for The Summer
“Summer of Love” adoption promotion available May 28 through Sept. 3   The Forsyth County Animal Shelter wants to help families bring a new pet, and some summer love, home by waiving their standard $85 pet adoption fee for all animals. Forsyth County government offices will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day. This includes county offices, the animal shelter, Senior Services, the three recreation centers and the three recycling convenience centers. We salute all of those who died while serving in the United States armed forces.
