2021
APPROVED Precinct and Polling Place Changes
On August 3, 2021 the Forsyth County Board of Voter Registrations & Elections approved several precinct and polling place changes that are effective for the November 2, 2021 elections.  The approved changes endorsed the relocation of 2 Election Day polling places and realigned the lines of the 07-Cumming precinct to account for annexations to the City of Cumming.  Voters affected by these changes will be issued precinct cards in the mail advising them of the change. Please be advised that where you vote may have changed, who represents you did not.

No precinct and/or Election Day polling place changes were considered in 2020.

2019
APPROVED Precinct and Polling Place Changes
On October 1 and December 23, 2019 the Forsyth County Board of Voter Registrations & Elections approved several precinct and polling place changes that became effective with the 2020 election cycle.  The approved changes endorsed the addition of 5 polling place locations to accommodate the increase in registered voters.  Voters affected by these changes received precinct cards in the mail. Please be advised that where you vote may have changed, who represents you did not.

Our Mission

The mission of the Voter Registrations and Elections Department is to enable all eligible citizens of Forsyth County to exercise their right to register and vote under the Constitution of the United States; to provide for the security and integrity of all elections in accordance with the Georgia Election Code and State Election Board Rules; to encourage voter participation; to continue providing excellent customer service to voters, candidates and the media; and to maintain public confidence through education of the voting process and laws governing elections.
