NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m., the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a second public hearing to consider an amendment to the Forsyth County Alcohol Ordinance, otherwise known as Forsyth County Ordinance No. 68 or Article I, Chapter 6 of the Forsyth County Code of Ordinances. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Suite 220 of the Forsyth County Administration Building. The purpose of the public hearing shall be for public review and comment concerning proposed modifications to the Alcohol Ordinance to include allowances for delivery of alcohol, to-go packaged alcohol, mixed drinks to-go, extension of Sunday alcohol sales hours, beverage tastings at retail package stores, manufacturer increased production and sales limits; and for other purposes. All Forsyth County residents and any other affected and/or interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
