(1) Request approval of Alcohol Licenses as follows: (Interim County Manager)

(A) Parkway Food Mart, Named Licensee is Iraj Moradinia, application to sell Malt Beverages (Beer) and Wine by the Package District #2. Approved.

(B) Publix Super Markets, Inc. dba Publix #1091, Named Licensee is Joseph L. Formby, application to sell Malt Beverages (Beer) and Wine by the Package District #2. Approved.

(C) Alpharetta Billiards, Inc., Named Licensee is Shezad Ismail, application to sell Malt Beverages (Beer) and Wine for Consumption on the Premises District #2. Approved.

(D) Atlanta Express Foods, Inc. dba Buford Dam Quick Stop, Named Licensee is Ebrahim Akbarshahi, application to sell Malt Beverages (Beer) and Wine by the Package District #5. Approved.

(E) Pride Land, Inc. dba Hammond Crossing Fuel Stop, Named Licensee is Raghupal R. Damidi, application to sell Malt Beverages (Beer) and Wine by the Package District #4. Approved.

(2) Request by Lance Watson on behalf of Crown Development Group, LLC to amend zoning conditions placed on ZA# 2775 District #3 Director of Planning & Development. Denied.

(3) Request by Elliott Smith on behalf of David Frost to amend zoning conditions placed on ZA# 2504 (Chatham Neighborhoods, LLC) District #1 Director of Planning & Development. Postponed to 9/20/04.

(4) Request by Elliott Smith on behalf of Reza Forushani to amend zoning conditions placed on ZA# 2613 - District #3 Director of Planning & Development. Approved.

(5) Request by Elliott Smith on behalf of Reza Forushani to amend zoning conditions placed on ZA# 2614 - District #3 Director of Planning & Development. Approved.
