Randall Toussaint, Vice President of Economic Development for the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce.

Call Meeting to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. with one member absent (Nolen).

Adoption of Agenda
Adopted as presented.

1. Discussion with Randall Toussaint, Vice President of Economic Development for the
Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce.
Randall Toussaint, Vice President of Economic Development for the Cumming-Forsyth
County Chamber of Commerce presented a brief overview of Economic Development
for the county in the current quarter of this year.

2. Short Term Work Program (STWP) annual update – Vanessa Bernstein
Review and Discussion of the Short Term Work Program presented by Vanessa Bernstein.

3. Review and discussion regarding pending applications currently in the applicant’s work time - Teressa Cox.

4. Review and discussion of applications scheduled for a public hearing on July 24, 2012.

Review and Discussion, staff informed the Planning Commission that the applicant has requested a postponement until the August 28, 2012 public hearing.
