VA120023 Chris Favo VARIANCE REQUESTED This request involves an exterior yard variance of 1 foot to allow a house to remain 49 feet from the exterior property line rather than the required 50 feet. PROPERTY LOCATION This property is located in Turnberry Subdivision, Lot 44, 1825 Abbie Fetch Court. The Zoning Board of Appeals members briefly discussed this variance application.
VA120029 Mickey Layman VARIANCE REQUESTED This request involves a rear yard variance of 12 feet to allow a swimming pool and a fireplace to be built 13 feet from the rear property line rather than the required 25 feet.
