Adoption of Agenda
Motion carried to amend agenda to add 2 additional items; Home Occupation Permits (HOPS) as new item #3 and Open Meetings Act as new item #2.
1. Discussion on the future of the Planning Commission. Changes to the By-laws and cost savings for the Planning Commission.
The Planning Commission adopted the By-Laws dated 10/17/11.
2. Discussion on Open Meeting Act.
Review and Discussion.
3. Discussion on future changes to the Home Occupation Permit process.
Direction for staff to propose a revised process for a Home Occupation Permit (HOP) at the February meeting.
4. Review and discussion regarding pending applications currently in the applicant’s work time.
