(1) Second reading of proposed amendments to the Adult Entertainment Ordinance (Ordinance #85) – First Public Hearing held 02/02/04 – County Attorney. – Adopted.
(2) Second reading of proposed amendments to the Sign Ordinance (Ordinance #74) – First Public Hearing held 02/02/04 – County Attorney. – Adopted.
(3) Second reading of proposed amendments to the Occupational Tax Ordinance (Ordinance #72) – First Public Hearing held 02/02/04 – County Attorney. – Adopted.
(4) Second reading of proposed amendment to the False Alarm Ordinance (Ordinance #82) – First Public Hearing held 02/02/04 – County Attorney. – Adopted.
(5) Second reading of proposed ordinance to regulate the transport of houses – First Public Hearing held 02/02/04 – County Attorney. – Adopted.
(6) Second reading of a proposed Pawn Broker Ordinance – First Public Hearing held 02/02/04 – County Attorney. – Adopted.
(7) First reading of proposed Firearm Discharge Ordinance – County Attorney. – County Attorney was instructed to rewrite the ordinance and a second reading/Public Hearing will be on March 15, 2004.
(8) First reading of proposed amendment to the Fire Prevention Ordinance (Ordinance #79) – County Attorney. – Second reading March 15, 2004.
(9) First reading of proposed amendments to the Sign Ordinance (Ordinance #74) – County Attorney. – Second reading March 15, 2004.
(10) Request from Joe Padilla on behalf of KB Home to amend zoning conditions placed on ZA# 2476 (First Standard Construction Co. of Georgia) – District #1 – Director of Planning & Development. – Approved.
(11) Approval of application by Citgo Food Mart for an Alcohol License to sell Malt Beverages (Beer) and Wine by the Package, Named Licensee is Marian Tai (District #5) – County Administrator. – Removed.
(12) Consideration of possible license suspension or revocation for Mudcats Bar & Grill due to numerous violations of the Alcohol Ordinance (Ordinance #68) – County Administrator. – Postponed to March 15, 2004.
