(4) Acceptance of right-of-way as a County maintained road and initiation of 18 month maintenance period for Lamp Lighter Circle, Livery Lane, Old Towne Lane and Meeting Street in Old Towne Bethelview, Phase 2 – Director of Engineering.

(5) Acceptance of right-of-way as a County maintained road for Hollington Drive and Claredun Court in Manchester Park, Unit 2 - Director of Engineering.

(6) Acceptance of right-of-way as a County maintained road for Farrington Way in Windermere, Pod F, Phase 3 – Director of Engineering.

(7) Acceptance of right-of-way as a County maintained road and initiation of 18 month maintenance period for Waveland Drive, Cold Stream Drive and Rover Court in Bethelview Downs, Unit 3-B – Director of Engineering.

(13) Adoption of Resolution to amend Civil Service Addendum No. 6 Compensation Plan Provisions, subset 6.4 Performance Award; 6.12 Promotional Increase Policy; 6.13 Effects of Demotion – Director of Human Resources.

(14) Approval of transfer of commercial capacity for Steve Hornyak and Jeff Chandler – Commissioner Pritchett.

VIII. Old Business:

(1) Appointment of member to the Finance Committee – Chairman Conway.

(2) Rescission and reconsideration of Board’s approval on ZA# 2703 (Four Mantons, Inc.) – District #5 – Commissioner Laughinghouse.

IX. New Business:

(1) Presentation of FY 2004 proposed budget – Richard L. Russell.

(2) Approve award of contract for Program Manager – Construction for the SPLOST facility construction projects, do a short and long range space and land utilization study and an independent analysis of the recommendations of the Grand Jury on the Justice Center, E-911 Center, Jail and Sheriff’s Office – Procurement Director.
