IV. ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. The application of ZA3411 (Paces Battle Properties, LLC) has been postponed by staff due to the need for further details regarding the Master Planned District (MPD) until the May 27, 2008 meeting.
2. At the March 25, 2008 meeting, the application of ZA3451 (Whitfield Investment Partners, LP) was postponed by the Planning Commission until the May 27, 2008 meeting.
3. The applicant of ZA3461 (Vickery Post, LLC) is requesting a postponement until the June 24, 2008 meeting.
4. At the February 26, 2008 meeting, the applicant of ZA3462 (Henry Watson) was granted a postponement until the August 26, 2008 meeting.
5. At the February 26, 2008 meeting, the applicant of ZA3463 (Mathis Crossing, LLC) was granted a postponement until the June 24, 2008 meeting.

1. Paces Battle Properties, LLC ZA3411 Rezone from A1 to MPD on 239.855 acres Location: On the north side of Atlanta Highway (S.R. 9) approximately 1,000 feet southeast of the intersection with Castleberry Road and on the southeast side of Castleberry Road approximately 585 feet from the intersection with Majors Road and on the south side of Majors Road approximately 800 feet from the intersection with Castleberry Road. This property is located in Commission District #3.
2. Whitfield Investment Partners, LP ZA3451 Rezone from RES 3 to CBD on 14.68 acres for a total building square footage of 170,500 with 632 parking spaces Location: On the north side of Bagley Road at the intersection with Peachtree Parkway (S.R. 141). This property is located in Commission District #2.
3. Vickery Post, LLC ZA3461 Rezone from R2R to NS on 2.072 acres for the development of a daycare with a building square footage of 10,000 and 30 parking spaces Location: On the east side of Post Road at the intersection with Dressage Crossing. This property is located in Commission District #3.
4. Henry Watson ZA3462 Rezone from A1 to CBD on 2.65 acres for the development of a daycare with a building square footage of 10,000 and 30 parking spaces. The applicant is also requesting variances to the buffer requirements and to the setback requirements. Location: On the south side of Keith Bridge Road approximately 1,147 feet northeast from the intersection of Keith Bridge Road & Jot Em Down Road and on the west-southwest side of Damascus Road, approximately 925 feet southeast from the intersection of Keith Bridge Road and Damascus Road. This property is located in Commission District #4.
5. Mathis Crossing, LLC ZA3463 Rezone from A1/NS to CBD on 1.066 acres for the development of a 4,400 square foot building with 21 parking spaces Location: On the west side of Old Atlanta Road at the intersection with Windermere Parkway and on the east side of Mathis Airport Parkway at the intersection with Windermere Parkway. This property is located in Commission District #2.
6. The Widewaters Group, Inc. ZA3465 Rezone from A1 to CBD on 5.83 acres to develop a commercial retail with 65,000 square foot of building area with 342 parking spaces Location: On the south side of Keith Bridge Road and on both sides of Milford Road at the intersection of Keith Bridge Road and Milford Road and on the east side of Milford Road at the intersection with Hollyberry Lane. This property is located in Commission District #4.

Advantage Car Wash, LLC ZA3473 Rezone from A1 to CBD on 4.15 acres for the development of 3,600 square foot building for a car wash with 20 parking spaces Location: On the north side of Stoney Point Road approximately 650 feet west from the intersection with Peachtree Parkway (S.R. 141) and on the west side of Peachtree Parkway (S.R. 141) approximately 400 feet north from the intersection with Stoney Point Road. This property is located in Commission District #2.

Gary Magee ZA3475 Rezone from A1 to CBD with a Conditional Use Permit on 7.31 acres for the development of outside storage and RV and boat storage Location: On the west side of Georgia Highway 400 approximately 1,040 feet northeast from the intersection of Georgia Highway 400 and Hampton Park Drive. This property is located in Commission District #1.
9. Sharon Baptist Church ZA3476 Rezone from A2 to A1 for the construction of a church on 6.512 acres with the building area of 15,700 square feet and 89 parking spaces. The applicant is also requesting a variance to the sewer distance requirements. Location: In the southwest corner of the intersection of Elzey Drive and Dr. Bramblett Road. This property is located in Commission District #1.
