Forsyth County government is proud to announce the Forsyth County 2011 Annual Report and Forsyth County Fire Department 2011 Annual Report are now available for citizens. Both annual reports serve to inform residents about their county and provide information on recent progress and accomplishments.
The Forsyth County 2011 Annual Report provides information on the county government’s projects and progress in 2011.
“It is with a great deal of pride we present this annual report not only as a way to keep the citizens up to date on their county but also as an additional means of providing transparency as to the county government’s operations,” County Manager Doug Derrer said. “We hope citizens will find this publication better acquaints them with their county government and the many services and programs provided.”
The Forsyth County Fire Department 2011 Annual Report contains information about the Fire Department’s divisions, facilities, apparatus and more.
“We are very proud to present this annual publication to our citizens,” Fire Chief Danny Bowman said. “The goal of this publication is to present an easy-to-read statistical analysis of the precise manner in which the Fire Millage Tax is expended and show graphically where we are today, and plan to grow tomorrow.”
