Modifications to Forsyth County’s Alcohol Ordinance (Discounted Drinks) Approved

At their June 21, 2012 meeting, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners approved modifications to Ordinance No. 68, Forsyth County’s Alcohol Ordinance, regarding “discounted drink” sales.

The modifications to Forsyth County’s Alcohol Ordinance are to authorize “discounted drink” sales; to provide for severability; to repeal conflicting ordinances; and for other purposes. 

Public hearings on this matter were held June 7, 2012 and June 21, 2012.
