Inspection changes for Swimming Pools

   Effective January 1, 2010

A Final Piping Inspection will be required for swimming pools. This will be an inspection of listed outlet covers, any plumbing requirements for makeup water, as well as inspection of SVRS when required. Inspection should be requested after all systems are installed and functioning. Also Final Inspections for swimming pools will be combined with the Final Electrical Inspection. There will not be a separate Final Inspection, therefore the pool barrier and any required door alarms must be completed at time of Final Electrical Inspection.
