    H1N1 Flu Information

    Forsyth County Public Health is providing free H1N1 vaccines to Forsyth County children ages 3-18.

    • Wednesday, December 9, 4-7 p.m. at North Forsyth High School Cafeteria
    • Tuesday, December 15, 4-7 p.m. at Forsyth Central High School WEST Campus

    For pre-vaccination information, directions and required paperwork, visit the Forsyth County Schools Web site at www.forsyth.k12.ga.us/flu.
