Forsyth County Commercial Services provides accurate water and sewer billing, meter services, and collections in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner.
Bills can be paid using your internet service. Every morning, Forsyth County prepares a file of total amounts due on customer accounts. This file is posted usually by 9:00 am each business morning. If you make a payment and want to check the next business day, please wait until after 9:00 am for your account balance to be updated. If you have a past due balance, the amount due on-line may reflect differences due to late payment penalty charges.
Please be advised, if your water service has been disconnected for non-payment using this payment option will not automatically restore service. You MUST contact the business office at 770-781-2160 or visit our office to have your water service restored.
When using online bill payment you will need the 12 digit account number and service address number. When prompted for an account number during the online payment process, please enter the 12 digit account number WITHOUT the dash. Enter ONLY the street number, example: 110 East Main Street should be entered as 110.
