    Research right of ways and easements, coordinate surveys and appraisals, and negotiate and execute land acqusiitions for right of way projects within the County concerning ingress and egress. Including but not limited to road widening, new roads, public paths, sidewalks, gravel roads, abandonments and land swaps, bridges and culverts.
