Threat Level YELLOW: An elevated YELLOW condition is declared when there is a significant risk of terrostist attacks.

Threat Level ORANGE: An ORANGE condition is declared when there is a high risk of terrorist attacks.

Threat Level RED: A RED condition is declared when there is an imminent risk of terrorist attacks.
