For the first time in the history of the Engineering Department, we were presented with an opportunity to provide our customers with a survey that would be used as a great tool in identifying areas that need the most attention. A large majority of those surveyed felt we either met or exceeded the service received fro other jurisdictions. This response became the overall theme of the survey. It remained consistent througout the survey that our customers felt the Engineering Department provided profesional customer service. As always, our Department's goal is to be #1 in customer service. Please take a second and look over the attached 2003 Customer Survey and the responses we received from just some of the people that have done business with the Engineering Department. |
