Plan Review, Inspections, Fire Codes

Plans are to be submitted according to the downloadable guidelines below. These forms include a checklist that will determine if you need to submit plans to the Fire Marshal's Office, an application to be completed, a copy of the fees, and guidelines for your use when scheduling inspections.

Inspections are handled in two catagories: new construction and existing buildings. Inspections in either category require a 72-hour notice for an inspector.
