All Runoff's will be determined and are dependent upon its preceding Primary or Election.
  
* If called, Special Election to fill vacancies and/or present a question to voters.

NOTE: In Georgia, a Runoff is necessary when a candidate does not receive a majority of the votes cast.  In this case, the top two vote getter's would then run against each other in the Runoff.  A majority is equal to 50 percent of the votes cast plus one vote.
