    Do I need a Permit?

    This information is provided as a guide to assist homeowners and contractors. The chart below is not all inclusive of every type of permit required. If you do not see a description of the work you are proposing, please contact the Department of Planning and Community Development to verify whether or not a permit is required. All building permits expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
