Strategic Plan 2010-2013

Designed by the Interim Program Coordinator Rusty Cooper, this plan was developed to facilitate the growth and future direction of the Outdoor Division.  The document provides a detailed look into the climate of outdoor programming within Forsyth County, Strengths and Opportunities of the division, and goals, directions and objectives for the next 3-5 years.
