Comprehensive Plan Update
Forsyth County is currently updating the Comprehensive Plan, a document that addresses current and anticipated, future conditions within the county related to population, housing, economic development, natural and cultural resources, land use, community facilities and infrastructure as well as intergovernmental coordination. The purpose of this document is to assess existing conditions and adequately plan for future expansion related to projected growth rates. The community is invited to partake in visioning how this growth can be accommodated over the next twenty years.
