ACTIVITY REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To register for an activity, you will need to complete an Activity Registration Form and provide full payment. 

Payment accepted: cash, check, money order, MasterCard or Visa

On-line -   To use the online registration, you must be in our computer system.  If you have registered with us before your HH ID # is located on your receipt.  If you have not registered with us before, you will need to complete registration by fax, mail or in person.

In Person – Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the following locations:
Central Park – 2300 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming
Sharon Springs Park – 1950 Sharon Road, Cumming
Sawnee Mountain Preserve Visitors Center - 4075 Spot Road, Cumming

Mail-in – Mail in a registration form with payment to: FCPRD, P.O. Box 2417, Cumming, GA  30028

Fax - Fax a registration form with credit card payment to 770.781.2221.

Night Drop – Please use the mail-slot at Central Park office.  Forms will be processed the next working day.

Registration is first come, first serve.  Please note that some activities may have assigned registration dates.  Minimum and maximum numbers of participants have been established for each activity.  If enrollment is insufficient, activity will be cancelled and money refunded.  If activities are full we can place your name on a waiting list and you will be contacted when a space becomes available.  We do not prorate class fees! Registration is not accepted by instructors!

REFUND and TRANSFER POLICY
Any activity cancelled by FCPRD will be refunded in full.
Class Refund Policy - Participants may receive a full refund or transfer if the customer request is received 2 or more business days before the program start date.  Participants may receive a 50% refund of the program fee or full credit toward another class if the customer request is received before the second meeting of the program.  No refunds or transfers after the second meeting of the program.
Camp Refund Policy - Refunds or transfers requested 1 week prior to the camp start date will receive a full refund or transfer of fees.  Refunds or transfers requested less than 1 week but by noon on the Friday before the camp start date will receive 50% of registration fees refunded or transferred.  No refunds or transfers after noon on the Friday before camp starts.
Youth Baseball/Softball Fall League - No refunds will be issued except under special circumstances as approved by the department.
Adult Athletic Leagues - No refunds will be issued for teams except under special circumstances as approved by the department.
Facility Rental Refund Policy - Customers may receive a full refund if a request is received 2 or more business days before the rental date.
